The apartment leaves a lot to be desired to be a 4* Resort has no oven or microwave and lacks utensils. The rest was good quality price is not bad but I expected something better.

The check-in experience was annoyingly delayed for over two hours!!! Checkout was uncomfortable as cleaning staff knocked insistently before the scheduled time!!! Maintenance issues like loose tiles and broken sunbeds detracted from overall enjoyment!!!

Overall I truly enjoyed the stay and recommend. The time I spent there was really great. The breakfast spread was rich, with a lot of great options. My twin room had kitchenette. The location was beautiful, for example, Puerto de Ciutadella was not too far from the hotel. Being near a bus station was a bonus.

i booked a room with a comfortable bed, a microwave oven, air conditioning, and a personal safe. the best thing was how exceptionally nice and lovely the staff were.

The hotel is ideally located near beautiful beaches, like Sa Caleta, and only a short drive from the charming town center. The spacious one-bedroom apartments are perfect for families, with self-catering facilities that make budget dining easy. The staff is consistently friendly and accommodating, with a special mention to Asma, who enhances the experience.

Simple apartment, small but correct for what we were looking for. I'd repeat.

the hotel is a great base for exploring, with beautiful parks and landmarks just a short walk away, like the fine Convent Sant Agusti just over 2 km away and the picturesque beach of La Mer Beach House only a few steps from the hotel, making it perfect for those who enjoy weekend strolls through vibrant areas.

The English breakfast had many options, including pastries and croissants. Great for everyone.

We were pleasantly surprised by the evening entertainment, especially the talented flamenco dancers, which the kids loved. The cleanliness and daily housekeeping service made us feel comfortable throughout our stay.
